Sulcosticta striata – gatunek ważki z rodziny Platystictidae[1]. Endemit Filipin, występuje wyłącznie na wyspie Luzon[3]. Długość odwłoka (wraz z przydatkami analnymi) – około 30 mm, długość tylnego skrzydła – 19 mm[2].
